Cutting to your exact offset and bolt pattern.
The forged blank is CNC cut to the ordered diameter, width, bolt pattern, centre bore and offset.
Because the geometry is cut rather than cast in, a one-off offset is not a special order and carries no tooling charge. This is the practical advantage of machining in-house.
Runout is checked on the machine before the part moves to finishing.
